WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase from our shop or services, please contact us within 7 days and let us know and we will rectify the situation.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES?
Yes, we do! You can purchase them in any amount in our shop.. we also have 4-pack prepaid packages available.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept credit/debit, Zelle, gift certificates (purchased through our website only) and cash
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
We understand things come up! If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know 24 hours in advance so we can accommodate your situation. Cancellations within the 24 hours may be charged a cancellation fee. Due to the preparation that goes into each of our traveling sessions.
